Status = Price Error
When a price error is detected, a text line is added below the item line which describes the price difference, e.g. “Item 111112 Default $59.40 Store $99.00”.
When you double click on the line, Micronet displays the Approve Price screen.
- In the Approval field, select one of the following options:
- No Approval – do not approve this line
- Approval - Default Price – approve the line and leave the price as the default Price
- Approval - Store Price – approve the line and change the price to the Store Price. The usual user security options are still in effect, e.g. Micronet checks that the user has the appropriate security to change default pricing and that the GP is sufficient.
- Select Ok.
Micronet redisplays the Approval - E Order screen with the appropriate entry in the Approved column.
